I ordered a mustard coloured sling but what I recvd was beige in colour. When I raised the concern through email, I recvd an address on wch they asked me to return the bag, and once the bag would be recvd they will initiate a refund. I mean???? Why a refund who not the bag that I ordered?? And why should I beat the courier charges for a product that was sent wrong in the first place??? Why isn't a pick up arranged??? And when I raised this complaint the vendor conveniently chose to just ignore the e-mail, no revert from them as yet!!! Very poor service.... Unhappy with what I recvd, unhappy with his they treat you!!!
