The contact details provided by you on the Website shall be accurate and current at all times and you shall be obliged to update any change in your contact information on the Website immediately. The Company takes no responsibility for any delay/ non delivery of the goods on account of failure of the User to update the contact information provided on the Website and any consequent negative feedback by the buyer will be deleted or modified.
You shall use the feedback and review mechanism to communicate your fair opinion and facts in respect of any User or the Website or your experience whilst using the Website, known to you from first-hand experience only. You shall not include any hearsay information, or information that results in maligning any User, brand or product in your feedback. You must inform the Company immediately on becoming aware of violation of any applicable laws or violation of the provisions of this User Agreement and the rules and policies made thereunder.
The seller or the Company shall provide the Dispatch Details on the Website within  days from the Payment Confirmation or within such timelines as may be agreed upon between the buyer and seller on the Website. In case of Delivery outside India (in which case only electronic payment shall be acceptable), the Dispatch Details will be entered on the Website within  days of Payment Confirmation.
The time within which the seller or the Company is required to ensure Delivery of the items to the buyer shall be calculated from the time the seller/Company enters the Dispatch Details on the Website i.e. within 7 working days from entering the Dispatch Details for delivery within India or such other timeline as may have been agreed upon between the buyer and seller and intimated on the Website.
You shall immediately notify the Website upon non Delivery within the prescribed time period. If you fail to provide such notification/ confirmation of non-receipt of an item within  days of expiry of the Delivery time prescribed in the above clause, it shall be construed as a deemed Delivery in respect of that Transaction and the Transaction Price shall not be refunded.
If you are returning the product, please take a note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design etc signifies these are handcrafted products and therefore are truely unique in nature. These are not machine crafted products and therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product. Inspite of this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this.
Returns and Replacements:
Any product shipped by Sanskriti777 can be returned within Seven (7) days from receipt of the item(s), subject to conditions detailed hereafter.
Conditions for return:
- All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company.
- Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
- All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s).
- To return an item, please email to email@example.com and you will get instructions/address for return from us.
- The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with.
- Customer has to courier back the product to us. For the return shipping cost, the customer will have to bear the return charges.
You will receive a store voucher in your email within 14 days of receipt of return. Store voucher will be valid for three (3) months. You can use this voucher to buy any of our products on our web store. The refund store voucher will be limited in value to the amount paid by you (any discount availed will not be included in the amount).
