Good and bad bag

The bag is good BUT IT IS MISSING THE BAG OPTION SMALL SIZED METAL HOOKS TO ADD A SLING TO IT. It is given in the image but it is not there in the bag..... To add to all that, I'm not able to return or exchange the bag
